The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky now accepts credit cards for payment of court fees. If you choose to keep your credit card information on file with the court, you must register for this service. Please fill out this form and mail it to our office at the address shown on the form. A hand-written signature is required. Do not e-mail the form.
