Message from the Clerk
Customer service has been, and always will be, our top priority. With the federal budget, fiscal cliff, sequestration and politics, we are unable to hire as people retire, so accordingly, our service may not be as prompt. Be patient with us, we will respond to your calls/emails/requests. We have reduced hours for our public counter to 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. This does not affect court hearings, CMECF filings, or late filing procedures.
Your comments/suggestions on how to improve our website are appreciated and invaluable. This is our vehicle to communicate with the bar and public and we continue our efforts to make our site as user-friendly as possible. Please don’t ever hesitate to suggest how we can improve it by e-mailing our webmaster.
CM/ECF - If you have not been trained, you may sign up online on our CM/ECF page. Should new attorneys and paraprofessionals become involved with CM/ECF, please send them to our training rather than trying to train them in-house. CM/ECF is always changing and your new persons will get the most current information/training by attending our training. It's free, CLE credit is possible and there is no homework.
