The Judicial Conference has published proposed amendments to the Federal Rules and to many of the forms used to file bankruptcy.  The public comment period closes on February 15, 2013.  These forms, long with the Committee Notes can be viewed by clicking here.  The changed forms and comments begin on page 151 of the PDF document and end on page 200.  This is the first major modernization of the forms in 20 years.
