ORDER

 

The court's order and memorandum opinion entered November 3, 1993 adjudicated claims asserted in this adversary proceeding by Axmar Stable, Calumet-Gussin No. 1 and The Riggs National Bank of Washington, D.C., First City, Texas-Houston, N.A., the Commonwealth of Kentucky Revenue Cabinet, Manganaro Stables, Woodrow Marriott, Matchmaker Financial Corporation and Equine Capital Corporation, but left unresolved claims asserted by other defendants. The court determines there is no just reason for delay. In accordance with Fed. R. Bankr. Proc. 7054(a) (Fed. R. Civ. Proc. 54(b)), the order of November 3, 1993 is entered as of this date as a final and appealable judgment.
