Note: Official transcripts for hearings held 12/1/2003 or later may only be obtained by submitting to the court a completed Transcript Order Form.  The recording and other pertinent records will be sent directly to the transcriber by the court.  See the Standing Order of 11/5/07 for official transcript costs.  Any unofficial transcript prepared from a CD purchased from the court would be for the personal use of the requesting party only.
