Filing Fees are Increasing Effective December 1, 2014
The Judicial Conference of the United States Courts, at its September 2014 session, approved changes to the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule.  Click here to access the current fees as well as the revised fees to become effective December 1, 2014.
