Effective January 1, 2022, the Court will schedule reaffirmation agreements involving unrepresented debtors or that present a presumption of abuse for a telephonic hearing on the first Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m. Any party may re-notice a hearing for consideration in-person at a regularly scheduled motion hour. Parties may notice motions to extend or impose the automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(c)(3)(B) and (4) for a telephonic hearing on the first Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m. If notice and scheduling requirements are not met, counsel may notice the hearing for consideration in-person at a regularly scheduled motion hour. Refer to calendar for the assigned division or venue.
Parties may always contact the Courtroom Deputy to obtain an alternative hearing date for good cause shown.
