New PACER Website

PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) has launched a new website.  The redesigned, informational and resource website provides information on how the public can access federal court records electronically and have easy access to PACER and PACER-related applications.  PACER users should update any shortcuts or bookmarks to reflect the new website page.  https://pacer.uscourts.gov
