We are excited to have Nathan W. Lee as the new Bankruptcy Clerk in the Eastern District and Elizabeth H. Parks as the new Bankruptcy Clerk in the Western District. In honor of this year’s double investitures, we are going to host two welcome receptions. The KBA Bankruptcy Law Section will be the primary sponsor with contributions from the Fayette County Bar Association Bankruptcy Section and the Louisville Bar Association Bankruptcy Section.
