Electronic Document Submission (eDS) is a service that may be used by self-represented parties who would like to electronically submit documents in pending bankruptcy cases and/or adversary proceedings for filing by the Clerk's Office as an alternative to mailing or hand-delivering the documents.  Please review the eDS Procedures for more information and a complete list of the conditions and requirements for using this service.

Notes: 

• New cases should not be submitted via eDS.  Self-represented debtors can use the Electronic Self-Representation (eSR) tool or mail or deliver in person a new bankruptcy case to the Clerk’s Office.
• Only filings for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky should be submitted.
• Registered CM/ECF users must continue to file documents electronically.
