The Sixth Circuit Judicial Council received applications from persons interested in appointment to the bankruptcy judge position. A Merit Selection Panel considered all applications received and recommended the following five candidates: Adam Back, Michael B. Baker, Ellen Arvin Kennedy, Douglas L. Lutz, and Mary E. Naumann.
