The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky proposes certain updates to Local Form 3015-1(a); Chapter 13 Plan, to become effective December 1, 2023.  Interested parties are invited to offer comments on the proposed changes.  All comments must be received by Friday, November 3, 2023.
