The court advises that the practice aids distributed during the recent bench & bar sessions throughout the district have now been posted to the court's website under "local requirements."  In addition, feedback on these sessions, including comments and suggestions for potential future sessions, can be submitted to gsmemos@kyeb.uscourts.gov.  Absent contrary indication, all submissions will be conveyed to the judges anonymously.
