Due to recent reductions in staff, the court needs to reduce the hours that the public counter is open.  Effective August 26, 2013, our new public hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Arrangements for emergency filings will, of course, still be possible.  This will also not affect CMECF filings or courtroom hearing times.
