The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky advises that it plans to conduct its regularly scheduled docket hearings telephonically through December.  Evidentiary and other targeted hearings may, at the discretion of the presiding judge, be held telephonically, via video conference, or in person.  The public intake counter is open for service, though virtual filing procedures remain available for non-registered filers.  Those who must access the court in person are required to wear a mask and practice physical distancing.
