Effective April 5, 2021, orders in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky designated by the Court as "opinions" are transmitted to the Government Publishing Office's (GPO) GovInfo website and made available and searchable to the public at no cost.

The United States Courts Opinions section of the GovInfo website is a collaborative effort between the GPO and the Administrative Office of the United States Courts and provides public (searchable) access to opinions from many United States appellate, district, and bankruptcy courts.
