By using the Online Payment Form you can make installment payments for chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 filing fees to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Kentucky, via debit card or ACH (electronic payment from a bank account).  Installment payments MUST be paid in the increments set out in the local rules (KYEB LR 1006-1).  Click here for information regarding installment payments.  You can also use this form to pay fees associated with copies of documents and various other miscellaneous fees.

Notice Regarding Returned Payments:  Payments rejected by your financial institution will be assessed a service charge of $53.  Multiple instances of rejected payments may result in the suspension of Pay.gov payment privileges.

NOTE:  Registered CM/ECF users must continue to submit payment of court filing fees directly in CM/ECF when filing a document with the court.  The online payment program is for payment of fees that, until now, have been paid by mail or at the Intake counter.

The online payment option CANNOT be used for Chapter 13 plan payments to be paid to the trustee, or for fees relating to motions to appear pro hac vice, which should be paid directly to District Court.
