In response to comments received on its proposed updates to Local Rules, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky proposes additional updates to LR 2016-2 (Compensation of Attorneys in Chapter 13 Cases) and LF 3015-1(a) (Chapter 13 Plan). A redline showing the proposed changes may be found here.  These changes, as well as those noted in the Court's website post of September 1, 2021, will become effective on December 1, 2021.  Those wishing to provide comments on these revisions may do so via e-mail to public_comments@kyeb.uscourts.gov by November 20, 2021.
