The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky has recently entered General Order 20-1 in RE Adoption of Interim Bankruptcy Rules associated with the Small Business Reorganization Act.  In addition, several local forms have been updated to provide more prominent signature boxes so that pleadings may more easily be tendered in compliance with the signature requirements outlined in the court’s Administrative Procedures Manual (APM).  General Order 20-1 and the associated interim rules, the APM, and the revised local forms can all be found under “Local Requirements” on the court’s public webpage.
