The PACER Service Center (PSC) converted to the Next Generation (NextGen) of CM/ECF Central Sign-On (CSO) over the weekend, which caused some issues. As a result, the PACER Service Center (PSC) is experiencing higher-than-normal activity and call volumes, which may cause a delay in their response time. As PACER addresses some of the conversion-related issues, intermittent outages may be necessary. PACER is addressing conversion-related issues as quickly as possible. Please be patient while the issues are being worked through.
