On Saturday, October 27, 2018, Pay.gov [the online payment service for CM/ECF] completed an update.  Pay.gov will no longer be compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or earlier versions.  You will need to update your browser in order to submit an on-line payment.

Pay.gov recommends using IE 9, or new versions, Microsoft Edge, or the current versions of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Apple Safari.
