The Court has added Section XIII – Final Decree to the Chapter 11 Operating Order for Subchapter V Cases.  This new section directs debtors to file a motion for entry of a final decree within 90 days of plan confirmation in consensual cases, or after completion of all plan payments in non-consensual cases.
