Revisions to Administrative Procedures Manual (APM)

The Court revised its APM to provide clearer instructions and guidance for common filing issues. These revisions are intended to clarify expectations and promote consistent filing practices in key areas.

Section XVIII (Proposed Orders) has been updated to address the inclusion of certificates of service and other extraneous information in proposed orders.

In addition, two new sections have been added:

  • Section XXV – Items Deemed Filed 
  • Section XXVI – Removal of Civil Actions from State or Federal Court 

Attorneys and filers are encouraged to review these updates to ensure compliance with current procedures.
