When a debtor files a case using the eSR application, they agree to receive notice/service of all documents electronically.  This means they will receive email notifications whenever an entry or document is filed in their case record.

 Some entries may not include a PDF; “virtual-only” entries do not have a PDF.  If a PDF is included, the email will provide a link to the main document and any attachments. These documents can be viewed once for free within 15 days.

Note: Pop-up blockers can interfere with the free look.  Be sure to disable pop-up blockers before attempting to view a document.

To make future access easier, debtors should print or save a copy of the PDF when first opening it. After the free look is used or expires, documents can only be accessed through PACER. Debtors who do not yet have a PACER account can create one at www.pacer.uscourts.gov.
