2026 Pikeville Hearing Dates:

On October 31, 2025, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky issued General Order 25-15, "In the Matter of Pretermission of Pikeville as a Place of Holding Court in the Eastern District of Kentucky," (KYED General Order 25-15). The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky has issued General Order 25-1, which adopts in full the provisions of KYED General Order 25-15. Both General Orders may be viewed under News & Announcements. Additional guidance to attorneys and parties in affected cases will be provided as it becomes available.
