The Court will schedule reaffirmation agreements involving unrepresented debtors or that present a presumption of abuse for a TELEPHONIC hearing on the first Thursday of each month (subject to change). 

Any party may re-notice a hearing for consideration in-person at a regularly scheduled motion hour.  Refer to the Calendar for the assigned division or venue.

All matters begin at 9:00 a.m. and will be telephonic.
